Second, no you don't have to spell the uses out as there is a "sensitive issues" option in the "Industry" drop down on the Restrictions screen. There are separate options for "Politics/Religion" and "Tobacco" but no selections for alcohol or sexual issues (could be sexual health related not just sex-industry though the more pornographic versions of the latter would not be able to be placed on a library such as Alamy and licenced anyway).
